Pillars of the Company: RAUMEDIC Honors Long-Serving Employees and Bids Farewell to Retirees
As part of the traditional anniversary and farewell celebration, RAUMEDIC AG honored employees on December 11, 2025, who have been closely connected to the company for many years. The celebration recognized colleagues with 25, 40, and 45 years of service, as well as employees who, after a long professional career, were bid farewell into well-deserved retirement.
Long-serving employees are the pillars of RAUMEDIC’s success. This year’s honorees alone represent several centuries of experience, expertise, and commitment. They have actively shaped technological developments, growth, and change, providing the company with stability, continuity, and reliability over decades.
Special recognition was given to employees with 40 and 45 years of service. Their continuous dedication, strong identification with RAUMEDIC, and willingness to share knowledge exemplify sustainable success and a corporate culture built on trust and cohesion.
In addition to the honorees, RAUMEDIC bid farewell to several colleagues entering retirement. Their long-standing contributions to the company were acknowledged with great thanks and personal appreciation.
