RAUMEDIC Expands Executive Board: Bianca Holler Appointed Chief Human Resources Officer
RAUMEDIC AG has appointed Bianca Holler as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to the Executive Board, effective January 1, 2026. By adding a dedicated board position for Human Resources, the medical and pharmaceutical technology company underscores the strategic importance of its employees for sustainable business success.
“With the expansion of the Executive Board to include a dedicated CHRO position, we are structurally anchoring the strategic importance of our employees at the highest level,” explains Jürgen Werner, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. “Our executive team has proven itself excellently over the past year. With Bianca Holler, we are further strengthening it and sending a clear signal: Our employees are the key to RAUMEDIC’s success.”
Strategic HR Projects Successfully Advanced
Bianca Holler has been part of RAUMEDIC since May 2023 and, in her previous role as Global Vice President Human Resources, has already made significant contributions to the strategic development of HR work. Under her leadership, RAUMEDIC has strategically realigned its HR operations: from modernizing performance evaluations and developing leadership culture to systematically measuring and improving employee satisfaction.
“In my new role as CHRO, I want to help create the right conditions so that we can continue to foster a culture where people can realize their full potential,” says Bianca Holler.
More Than 20 Years of Experience in Medical Technology
Holler brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources within the medical technology sector. Before joining RAUMEDIC, she was Head of Global HR at Ottobock, where she was responsible for global HR operations as well as sustainable culture and development projects.
As of January 1, 2026, the Executive Board of RAUMEDIC AG will consist of four equal members: Bianca Holler (CHRO), Thomas Knechtel (CTO), Klaus Schabert (COO), and Dr. Robert Schilling (CFO).
