Human Resources Manager Steffen Dörfler expressed his delight about the new employees whom the company has just gained from its own ranks: “We are happy that we are able to retain our former trainees. They can now apply their newly gained knowledge in an area that they have intensively gotten to know.” The instructors also attended the ceremony – only part of which was held digitally. The HR Manager had special words of praise for the instructors’ work: “Thanks in particular to your continuous commitment, we have obviously shown young people at the company that they have an attractive future here.”
