Helmbrechts – On February 17, 2016, it was the first time that the working group SCHULEWIRTSCHAFT was taking place on the RAUMEDIC premises.

The working group supports the cooperation between schools, companies, and the German Federal Employment Agency. Its goal is to provide a practical insight into regional companies and to show the possibilities they offer as attractive employers and training centers. This is why RAUMEDIC focuses on the presentation of currently available training and career fields at the working group’s meeting.

Walter Reingruber, Human Resources Manager, welcomed the guests from local schools as well as the Federal Employment Agency, also on behalf of CEO Martin Bayer and Head of Human Resources Christina Hechtfischer.

The commercial apprentices Lena Gaupp, Fabian Raithel and Jan Schmitz gave a brief insight into their professional trainings and dual courses of study. They also discussed the practical application of the multifaceted training programs offered at RAUMEDIC. They were supported by Jochen Bucher, Head of the Injection Molding Production division and training instructor.

For more than 10 years, the RAUMEDIC AG has provided vocational training for young people in their careers as European industrial business professionals, IT specialists, process mechanics, mechatronics, electronics technicians, industrial mechanics and others. Since 2015 we have opened up the possibility of dual courses of study for some professional fields. With this wide range of options, RAUMEDIC offers interesting career perspectives throughout the region.

After the presentation, the guests were given the opportunity by the two plant managers Wolfgang Werner and Jürgen Küspert to take a look at the manufacturing process. Moreover, Carolin Ruckdeschel and Jochen Bucher explained the modern office concept at RAUMEDIC’s new administration building.
