The RAUMEDIC US development center and production facility is officially operational

Mills River, NC – Over the past year, a great deal of excavation, building, bolting and installation work has been done far away from the German RAUMEDIC headquarters. A state-of-the-art medical technology plant has been built in Mills River, nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. The first RAUMEDIC plant in the USA!

The technical installations were completed in December, and the injection molding machines were connected to the grid, one after the other. Qualification processes are currently being performed for the machines. Moreover, preparations are currently underway for certification in accordance with ISO 13485. The employees also started their jobs in the new office.

Our plant in Mills River is officially operational!
