Strengthening from within: Raumedic takes on trainees

Helmbrechts – The hard work done over the past few years has paid off: Eight Raumedic trainees of the class of 2018 recently passed their final exams and laid the foundation for their careers at the medtech company based in Helmbrechts. The young employees received their diplomas during a digital graduation ceremony held on October 4.

Human Resources Manager Steffen Dörfler expressed his delight about the new employees whom the company has just gained from its own ranks: “We are happy that we are able to retain our former trainees. They can now apply their newly gained knowledge in an area that they have intensively gotten to know.” The instructors also attended the ceremony – only part of which was held digitally. The HR Manager had special words of praise for the instructors’ work: “Thanks in particular to your continuous commitment, we have obviously shown young people at the company that they have an attractive future here.”

Awards for exceptional work

Diplomas were awarded to six process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology, one IT professional for system integration and one industrial management assistant. Two graduates received monetary awards for their exceptional examination performance.

Training at Raumedic
