Stefan Hauenstein, foreman in silicone extrusion, and Harald Meier, foreman in assembly, can each look back on 40 years of working life in the same group of companies. They both started their careers in 1978, when they began their training as a plastics technician at Rehau AG. With the spin-off of Raumedic AG in 2004, both then moved to the Helmbrechts location.
In 1993, Edina Bosnjakovic and Manuela Wrobel joined the company. At the beginning, they were also employed at Rehau before they were hired by the then still young sister company. Edina Bosnjakovic currently works in clean room production, her colleague Manuela Wrobel is employed as a material manager.
Dr. Ralf Ziembinski, today’s Head of the Tubing Business Unit and member of the Raumedic Management Committee since 2012, is also celebrating his 25th anniversary this year. His professional career, too, began in 1993 at Rehau AG. After completing his doctoral studies at RWTH Aachen University and a postdoctoral stay in Canada, he joined the department of chemistry as an assistant in the department "Application Technology Chemistry/Medicine". In 2004, he assumed responsibility for tubing extrusion at Raumedic's R&D department.
"Dr. Ziembinski's profound knowledge is reflected in his numerous service inventions that Raumedic still benefits from today. If only for that, we owe him a big thank you," said Martin Schenkel, and then once again addressed himself to all of the employees celebrating their anniversaries: "Not only did you all experience many changes at Raumedic, you also actively helped shape them. Thanks to your untiring commitment, we have established ourselves on the national and international medical technology market. Thank you very much!"
HR Director Christina Hechtfischer joined in expressing one request: "In our fast-paced times, loyal, dedicated employees are of extraordinary value for us. We are proud that you have accompanied us for so many years and hope that our time together will continue for many years to come."
