RAUMEDIC Keeps Growing – 500th Employee Hired

Helmbrechts – Since the deconsolidation of RAUMEDIC AG from REHAU AG & Co. in 2004, the number of employees has more than doubled. The 500th employee will now officially be welcomed by the Production Manager and the Personnel Manager.

RAUMEDIC records strong growth. Since deconsolidation from REHAU AG & Co. in 2004, the number of employees has more than doubled. While there were 220 employees in 2004, the company has now risen to more than 500 worldwide.

Production Manager Wolfgang Werner and Personnel Manager warmly welcome the 500th employee. On 18 June 2012, Florian Damböck, process engineer for synthetics and rubber technology, together with 501st employee Thomas Feder, will face his new working challenges at RAUMEDIC in clean room manufacturing.

RAUMEDIC’s order status is strong. Many new customer projects ensure continued long-term growth for the medical technology company. And this in turn requires the planned expansion of production capacity resulting in a need for new employees. There are currently 30 open positions advertised and a further 150 employees are expected to join the company by 2013.
