After the warm-up, the 5,000 participants completed the route by running, power walking or simply strolling. After all, the company run isn’t about peak athletic performance, but about having fun while being active and enjoying the event with colleagues. After crossing the finish line, participants relaxed at the after-run party with food, drinks, music, and a great atmosphere.
Raumedic team captain Stephanie Siebert is in charge of coordinating the event for the medical technology manufacturer every year. She was pleased with the number of participants this time: “Since the Frankenpost company run began five years ago, the number of participants has grown every year. Each time, we’ve been able to fire up many colleagues, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure our team is even bigger for 2019.”
