Thin Walled Tubing

Aside from lay flat tubing, we also produce thin walled tubing from materials such as polyurethane or polyethylene. These are eminently suitable for balloon applications.

Thin walled PUR tubing is the basic product for balloons and, among other things, they are used in endotracheal intubation to secure the air ways during anaesthesia and emergencies. In addition, they can also be used as an outer cover for endoscopes in order to ensure their sterility.

The wall thickness of such tubing is comparable with the thickness of film. We manufacture tubing with an interior diameter of approximately 2 mm to 10 mm and a wall thickness of 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm.

The surfaces are also customised according to your requirements and range from high gloss to microrough / flat.
