RAUMEDIC is a highly respected and growing organisation specialising in the manufacturer of polymer components and systems for the medical and pharmacuetical industry. The Chinese market is highly competitive and RAUMEDIC requre a Shanghai or Shenzhen/Guangzhou based Sales Engineer to drive sales growth throughout the region.
Job Description:
- Acquisition of new customers and active development of existing Medtec customer relationships
- Liaison and support of regular as well as newly acquired customers
- Coordination of market development with the responsible colleagues in application technology as well as marketing
- Customer specific, technical consultation for innovative polymer solutions
- Independend market observation and competition analysis
- Setting-up of regional business plans
Your Profile:
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree in plastics proceeding or related discipline
- At least 7 years relevant working experience, preferably in the medical device market or pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Ability and willingness for frequent travel
- Ability to call on and influence senior & mid-level OEM management and have a broad understanding of the OEM's specific market and needs
- Ability to understand and negotiate for profitability and long term relationships
- Strong entrepreneurial skills with excellent business judgment, problem solving abilities and general management strengths
- Ability to quickly learn company's products and technology
- Professional-level computer skills, Outlook, Ecxel, Word & PowerPoint
